Refund Policy

1. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only for defective products or items damaged in transit, provided they are reported within 30 days of delivery.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns for reasons other than defects are not accepted.

 

3. Refund Process

• Contact us at [contact@resurretro.com] with your order number and description of the defect.

• If approved, we may require you to return the defective item at our expense.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

 

4. Exchanges
Defective items may be replaced with an identical or equivalent item at our discretion.
